What is Spark?

Studio cycling. We encourage you to connect with yourself and others, whilst enjoying an uplifting total body workout. With carefully curated playlists and energy to suit your state of mind, we ride to the beat of the music and incorporate considered movement with additional upper body exercises.

I’m new to Spark. How do I sign-up for classes?

Hey there! First, create your account online and check-out our class credits and packages. Credits are loaded directly to your account, and then you’re all set to explore our schedule.

What do I do when I first arrive at the studio?

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your class start time and check-in with our front desk team. We’ll assist you with all you need to know and make sure you’re comfortable in our studio.

What do I need to wear?

We recommend wearing sports clothes suitable for high intensity workouts and movement.

What kind of shoes do I need?

We provide complimentary cycling shoes. If you have your own pair of shoes you would like to use, our bikes are compatible with Keo clips.

Do you have changing rooms?

For sure! We have plenty of lockers with digital locks as well as separate men and women’s changing rooms complete with showers, products and hair dryers so you can leave class refreshed.

Do I need to be in shape before class?

Every body is welcome at Spark. Our classes are suitable for people of all levels. One of the great advantages of studio cycling is that you can adapt the bike to your fitness level. Your strength will improve with each class, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have a great time.

What is your return policy for classes?

Classes at Spark are non-refundable. When you purchase a class or series, you have a certain amount of time to redeem. You can ask in-studio, drop us a line or check our terms & conditions for more info. 

Is there a place to park?

There are two parking garages at our Zürich studio located at Beethovenstrasse 35 and Beethovenstrasse 21.

What is your return policy for retail?

We can accept retail returns if:
• The garment is unworn and unwashed
• The tags are still attached
• The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase
• Proof of payment must accompany the return
• All sale items are final
• Returns can only be exchanged for Spark credit

Can I ride if I’m pregnant?

As with any kind of workout, please consult a medical professional and inform your instructor at the start of your class.
